SHIPPING
I am based in India and will ship to most countries

I ship in stock items immediately and pre-orders / made to order items within 4 days.
I use Indian international post to ship all the items and usually use 'standard post"
Standard post costs around 5 $ and takes around 3-4 weeks to deliver to most of the countries.
Speed delivery / speed post costs 30$ and takes around 7-8 days for delivery.
If you want your parcel to be delivered early, please select "speed delivery" option .

Please note tracking number is available for speed post option.
I use the registered post option for now which provides tracking number but it may - cease once the parcel leaves India -Depends upon your country. Tracking works in European countries but not in US.

Please check whether your country is accepting indian flights before ordering, if noits not then this may lead to delay in the deliveries.

I am not responsible for mistakes made by the postal carrier or wrong addresses, delays due to pandemic situations, but please contact me if you have problem with shipping and i will do my best to help.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duty/taxes that may apply.

Return & Exchange
I do my best to ensure that your item will arrive in perfect condition. The clay items and jewelry is bubble wrapped and packed carefully inside hard boxes. Art prints are packed inside bubble wrap along with a cardboard to avoid getting creased or bent and packed in flat envelopes. I do not accept exchanges, but in case of damage or breakage . please send me a photo and i will do the best to help.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hrs of purchase, as long as the order has not been shipped already. You will be responsible for extra charges like paypal fees.
